Disney Springs Food Truck Corndog Review...

Disney Springs Food Truck Corndog Review

If you know one thing about me you know I'm a sucker for a good corndog. Anytime I see a corndog being offered I normally have to order it. I found this food truck in the center of Disney Springs. My friend chose to eat at the Epcot Food & Wine festival cart. I regret not following him over there.... They made his food fresh. He had to wait at least 10 minutes for his meal as mine was given to me right away. He said his was amazing.I believe he had Pierogis.

My friend & his glorious food.

I will never eat at the Magic Kingdom food cart again. I was expecting them to at least make my corndog fresh but not so much. I was given COLD fries and a corndog that was not made fresh. This was before my trip to DisneyLand where I had an awesome corndog. Why can't they replicate THAT corndog! for the DL review please click here:  http://yohoyohobloggerslifeforme.blogspot.com/2015/10/disneys-little-red-wagon-corndog-review.html

When we went the cart I chose was very slow so I don't understand why it couldn't have been made fresh. Especially since they had two people working at the food cart. I hate writing bad reviews but I want to be totally honest! The corndog had little to no flavor. The DL one totally TRUMPS this one! Save your corndog wants for DL folks!

I haven't made these in ages! You will need to double this recipe. I used a regular cookie scoop & only made about 38 cookies. I brought these to work and people kept coming back for 3rd & 4th cookies. ;) These are super quick & easy to make. If you are looking for a new cookie recipe then definitely try these! They are SO chewy & awesome out of the oven too.

Disney Springs Dockside Margaritas Review & Pics...

Disney Springs Dockside Margaritas Review

Pic courtesy of Disney Parks Blog

In all my years of going to Downtown Disney now called Disney Springs I never got a drink here?! You can find this in the Marketplace at Disney Springs.

My first night in FL it was boiling hot with high humidity so I decided I wanted a cool refreshing drink. I saw this drink online & had been eyeing it. I'm a sucker for any drink with Peach Schnapps! ;)

I ordered the Florida Citrus Freeze. This is $12.00 and you get a huge plastic cup of this. It is Florida Cane Orlando Orange Vodka, Peach Schnapps blended w/ Orange Puree. I must tell you I am a HUGE lightweight. I normally only drink when I'm on vacation or for a special occasion. Needless to say half way into this I was feeling pretty good. They have a really cool outside patio with comfy chairs and tables to relax at as well with a pretty view.If you love girlie, fruity drinks like myself then this is the drink for you! ;)

Updated Disney Le Cellier Dining Review...

Updated Disney Le Cellier Dining Review...

I have one prior Le Cellier Review here:

http://yohoyohobloggerslifeforme.blogspot.com/2012/05/le-cellier-review.html

Pic Courtesy of disneybymark.com

You can find Le Cellier inside the Epcot Theme Park in the Canadian Pavilion. Ever since my first trip with my husband I always have to try & get a reservation here. I went on a solo trip to visit my friend in Florida & we decided to splurge on one meal here.

They brought out the normal bread. I recommend dipping the pretzel bread in the cheddar soup if you try that. : )

For some strange reason I had never tried the poutine here?! Poutine is a Canadian treat of fried potatoes, cheese with other assorted treats on top. My friend & I decided to share the Le Cellier Signature Poutine. They also offer a French Onion or Bacon Cheddar Poutine & all three of them are $10.00. When I tell you this is the best thing in WDW I mean it! My friend had never tasted a truffle before & he asked me what a truffle tasted like & I responded a truffle. :) The signature poutine comes with Canadian Cheddar ,black truffles in a wine reduction sauce!!!! As soon as the poutine hit both of our mouths we were gurgling like Homer Simpson would after smelling bacon. :)

I'm an extremely picky eater & found this out of this world! I would say this is on the same level as the Yachtsmen Steakhouse Truffle Mac & Cheese! That review can be found here: http://yohoyohobloggerslifeforme.blogspot.com/2012/10/yachtsmen-steakhouse-review.html

We were chatting with our waitress and she mentioned that poutine might be getting a snack cart outside soon! They are the only pavilion without a snack cart. Time will tell I suppose!

This drink is called the Blue Glowtini. It is SKY Infusions Citrus Vodka, Peach Schnapps, Blue Curacao, and Pineapple juice. It was cool to get for pictures but I think I would try something else next time.

My friend opted to try the Crown Royal Whiskey flight.  He let me sample the maple flavored one & it was SO smooth & good! It tasted like maple syrup! The flight included: Crown Royal, Crown Royal Maple, and Crown Royal XO. He said on his next trip there he would definitely order a bigger glass of the maple flavored one.

We both ordered the Le Cellier Filet Mignon for $49.00. I get this every time & it never lets me down. We both got ours cooked medium rare & it was perfection. I apologize for the picture. I took a bite before I took the picture. :) The genius table next to us ordered a side of the AMAZING & cult worthy truffle butter sauce so we decided to do the same. We split the extra sauce & it was beyond our expectations.

We were beyond stuffed so didn't order dessert. We ended up calling an early night because we were overly stuffed! I didn't have room to eat dinner that night at the hotel!

What is your favorite thing to eat at Le Cellier?

Disney's Sunshine Seasons Dinner Review....

Disney's Sunshine Seasons Dinner Review....

You can find Sunshine Seasons inside of the Epcot Theme Park next to the Journey Into the Imagination Pavilion. This is my favorite place to eat fast food in all of WDW. They have such an array of choices it is ridiculous. From the adventurous eater to the picky eater you will all find something great to eat!

My friend & I dined here one night. He chose the Turkey with Monterey Jack cheese on ciabatta while I decide to try the salmon dinner. I unfortunately forgot to take a picture of his sandwich so I borrowed this picture! This picture does it NO justice it is HUGE! You can definitely share it. It is a LOT of bread though so be prepared! The sandwich is $10.49.

They make all of the salmon fresh on the grill. Since I opted not to get the sauce that went on the salmon I got to choose an extra side for free which was awesome! I got green french beans & mashed potatoes. Both tasted fresh & delicious. It was a great change of pace considering all of the unhealthy food I had earlier that week. I will have this meal again! I hope it is still there the next time I go. This meal cost me $12.49.

Next to the salmon station I noticed an area where they had allergy free/gluten free snacks which I thought was awesome!

I love the open atrium of this cafeteria style place. I know Epcot is known for cuisines from all over the world but this is my pick for best QSFB on WDW Property!

What is your favorite thing to get at Sunshine Seasons??
