Margaritaville Orlando Review & Pics....

I know this isn't Disney but a lot of people also go over to the Universal area too. My best friend is OBSESSED with Jimmy Buffet & we always go here. We finished Islands of Adventures pretty early so decided to have lunch here before we left. The park doesn't take that long in my experience if you go the right time of year.

You can sit inside where they have a lot of flat screens, huge bar area, & huge artifacts everywhere or on the outside patio. I have sat in both areas & prefer the patio personally.

Monika was so happy to find fried pickles on the menu as they are her favorite thing in the whole wide world besides Disney! ;)  It was my first time trying them & I thought they were really good. THe dipping sauce was great too.

We both ordered burgers. I had a beer (yeungling)& she had a margarita. I always have an amazing burger here. It is one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life. They are always cooked to perfection so juicy & Mmmmmmm!

I just had a basic cheeseburger because I'm picky ;)

Monika's Burger

Has anyone dined here before? What are your thoughts?

Some fun Universal Shots. ;)

Starring Rolls Cafe Breakfast Review & Pics....

Starring Rolls Cafe is located in Disney's Hollywood Studios Park. The first time I went there I had a red velvet cupcake. Please click here for review & pics of that trip:

This past December my husband and I decided to try here for breakfast. I heard a lot of good things. I could have sworn that I heard they sold hot breakfast sandwiches here. My husband was very disappointed when they didn't because I dragged him here. HAH

It is quite compact inside. They had a buffet set up where you pick your own pastry or you could pick a cupcake or other item from behind the glass display cases. The line was crazy & kind of confusing. You could get your bagel toasted if you wanted. I think Disney needs a bigger location for this place. It was chaos when we were there! There was no organization to the line at all. I've never experienced that before besides Spirit of Aloha. If you are interested in that experience & pics please click here:

http://yohoyohobloggerslifeforme.blogspot.com/2012/10/spirit-of-aloha-experience.html

My husband got a bagel, coffee, & milk while I opted for the huge cinnamon roll. I am a HUGE cinnamon roll person & am VERY picky! I was not a fan of the Main Street ones. Here is a link to that review & pics if you are interested:

My husband said his bagel was okay but nothing special. My cinnamon roll was really good. It was just the amount of sweet & cinnamon. I would get another one from there. We managed to get a table right outside with umbrella. I think I'd pick a place less chaotic for breakfast next trip.

What are your experiences with Starring Rolls Breakfast???

Disney's Chocolate Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares Recipe & Review...

Hello everyone! This is a Disney recipe you can only get if you are attending a special event at Disney.

This was INCREDIBLY easy to make! It only took 10-15 minutes to get everything mixed!

Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
24 ounces semisweet or milk chocolate
10.5-ounce bag mini marshmallows
12-ounce bag peanut butter chips

Directions
Combine butter, peanut butter and chocolate in a double boiler, stirring just until smooth. Remove mixture from heat. Stir in 4 cups of mini marshmallows, followed by 1 cup of peanut butter chips. Working quickly so the chips don’t completely melt, spread mixture into a buttered 9×13-inch baking dish. Scatter remaining peanut butter chips and marshmallows across the top and lightly press them into the surface to set. Cool in refrigerator before cutting into squares. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Makes approximately 40 squares.

Step 1 :

Combine butter, peanut butter and chocolate in a double boiler (I put a bowl on top of a pot full of simmering water).

Step 2:

Stir mixture just until smooth and remove from heat. It takes awhile but just keep mixing it all & it will eventually all melt.

Step 3: Stir in 4 cups of mini marshmallows, followed by 1 cup of peanut butter chips. Working quickly so the chips don’t completely melt, spread mixture into a buttered 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 4: Scatter remaining peanut butter chips and marshmallows across the top and lightly press them into the surface to set

Step 5: Cool in refrigerator before cutting into squares. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

We were going on a ski trip with friends & I made these. They are SOOOOOO good. Everyone loved them & asked me for the recipe. I found it a little hard to cut up the bars but other then that these are great & will feed a lot of people.
Let me know if you try making this!

Contemporary Grounds Review & Pics....

Contemporary Grounds is located to the right as soon as you walk into the main entrance of the Contemporary Resort at WDW. It is a small counter service I never noticed before! We wanted to grab a quick breakfast & drinks before heading to MK on the monorail. My husband & I shared a blueberry muffin. He had a coffee while I just had a bottle of diet coke. They serve Joffrey's coffee here & my husband really enjoyed it. He doesn't really care much for Starbuck's like most people & I don't drink coffee. :) There was NOBODY there so we didn't have to wait in line at all which was nice. We were here around 8:45ish one morning in December 2013.

They have a decent variety of morning pastries to choose from. I wanted something Semi-healthy ;). The muffin was SO moist & delicious! I wasn't sure what to expect. There wasn't much of a seating area. Since no one was there we just sat at two oversized chairs with a side table next to the quick service area. I highly recommend this place for a quick breakfast place!
