Disney: Best thing I ever Ate: Mac & Cheese Edition

I have tried a lot of mac & cheese dishes in my life from all over the United States. My brother is a top chef & even he couldn't top my favorite pick for this at Disney. 

Yes, there are plenty of good mac & cheese dishes at Disney but do you want good or do you want AMAZING?! 

I'm talking about the truffle mac & cheese at Yachtsmen Steakhouse at the Yachtsmen Hotel in the Epcot Resort area at WDW. This was so good I could not speak! My husband thought it was hilarious & also agreed it was the best mac both of us have ever tasted. I just kept Mmmmmming & saying "oh my goshhhhhh" :) We are definitely going to hit up here on our next trip to WDW next year just for the mac & cheese. ;) It is unlike any other mac I've ever had. Have you tried this amazing dish? If so what are your thoughts?
