I was looking for a new recipe to try & this looked really good. I believe the Concourse Steakhouse used to be where Chef Mickey's is now at the Contemporary Resort. I sadly never got a chance to eat here. I hear it was a great place. This was SUPER easy to make! I broiled the salmon in a cast iron pan for for 10 minutes in the oven. The rest is just blending ingredients in a food processor! The sauce was very tasty & I could see using it for chicken too.
