I tried this at Food & Wine last year & it was one of my favorites so I was happy to find the recipe in the Coast to Coast Disney Cookbook!
This recipe is EXTREMELY easy to follow. Be prepared for this to make a lot! I recommend making this for when you will have a lot of guests because oh boy is this ever so rich!!! I was NOT prepared at how much cheese this would have in it! It is an indulgent appetizer but every once in awhile it is good to cheat the diet & enjoy. ;) This definitely serves way more than 6 people in my opinion! It is too rich to eat too much of this.
In all honesty I do not even think this dip needs the bread topping. When I make this again I might just omit that.
